What qualifications do I need to enroll in Dermodality University courses?

Our courses are designed for licensed estheticians or those currently pursuing a license in esthetics. Some advanced certifications may require specific prerequisites, which are outlined in the course descriptions.

Are the courses available online?

Yes! We offer many of our courses both in-person at our locations in Las Vegas NV, San Marcos CA, Chula Vista CA, Downey CA, Ventura CA, Woodland Hills CA and ZOOM for those who prefer a virtual learning experience.

Will I receive certification after completing a course?

A

Upon successful completion of any course, you'll receive a digital certification that enables you to offer advanced skincare services in your practice. However, please note that you are required to both give and receive a treatment related to the modality being taught. If you’re not prepared to participate in the treatment during the course, you’ll need to return for the next class to fulfill this requirement before obtaining your certification.

This hands-on experience is essential to ensure you fully understand the material and are ready to perform treatments on clients. For those attending a Zoom class, you must record a video of the treatment being performed and submit it to us for review.

How long do the courses typically take to complete?

A

Course lengths vary depending on the subject, but most can be completed within one to three days. Our online schedule provides detailed information on class duration for each program.

What is the cancellation or refund policy for courses?

A

We understand that plans can change. While the $100 deposit is non-refundable, you have the flexibility to reschedule your class to a later date that better suits your needs. Please note that once you have attended the class and taken any products home, refunds will no longer be available.

Do you offer your classes in Spanish?

Can I re-visit class?

A

Once you’ve paid for the class, you're welcome to revisit as many times as you'd like, as long as space is available! Please note that you'll need to return to the original location where you registered, unless alternate arrangements have been made with Dermodality's corporate headquarters. Upon re-attending, you will receive the full educational experience, though the kit is only provided with your initial enrollment.
